Thirty years after the death of Ian Curtis what would Joy Division have sounded like? These three imagined tracks tried to answer that very question musically. Recorded simply but ethereally with stripped back instruments and the ambition to produce a work with some of the same passion and deeper subject matter as Joy Division's protagonist. It is now the 40th year and the legacy of this greatest of British bands that lives on sonically and with each new generation afterwards, eager to to discover something truly unique.
